New print: “ut å løpe” vol. 2

Hooray, I just finished my newest print!

This began as a commission for the Oslo based magazine Kokong, who asked me to make something on the topic of “want” for their next issue. After a long doodling process I asked myself what I wanted to do, which was as you can see, to go out and run in the forest. What can I say, it was november, it was inner city pressure.
After I made the exclusive prints for Kokong, I kept on working with the idea, since I liked the kids running and the stone/trees. So I remixed the motif a bit, working on a slightly abstract sun flare, and made a second edition of 102, available to all of you.

If you like it, give it a “social media thumbs up” and if you really like it, go get one already!

Proper photos of the silkscreens

I silk screened some prints  a couple months ago, but I didn’t get any proper photos of it. So here goes, properly documented this time.
These prints will be available for purchase soon. Hand signed and numbered, only 16 pieces in existence. Just pop me an email if you want to get on the list.

Action update

Just wanted ‘yall to know, I’ll be hard at work in the silk screening workshop for two weeks with the guys, trying to re-invent the craft. Expect some incredulously awesome prints to come forth when we finish.

EDIT: All done! Here are one of the prints i was kinda happy about. The technique is partly regular silk screening, part werd silk screening. Par example, I used masking tape directly on wet emolution and ripped it off to make some kind of rocky texture.

This print is available for purchase in the new store, if you would like one. Only 16 prints made, and this is a three color print, making it a bit more fancy than usual.
